International College of Excellence & British Council Collaboration

International College of Excellence (ICE) is proud to announce its partnership with the British Council, marking an important step forward in strengthening English language proficiency for both students and faculty. Through this collaboration, ICE has introduced the British Council’s EnglishScore assessment, a globally recognized, mobile-based test designed to measure English language skills accurately and efficiently.

This milestone was formally celebrated during a ceremony held at the International College of Excellence. The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Amanda Ingram, Country Exams Director; Mr. Talal Meer, Regional Business Development Director (South Asia); Ms. Sidra Naseer and Mr. Tahir Abbasi, Account Managers from the British Council; along with Ms. Kulsoom Tanveer, Head of Centre, International College of Excellence. Their participation reflected the shared commitment of both institutions to advancing quality education and international standards.

The introduction of EnglishScore at ICE supports the College’s mission to develop confident communicators and future-ready professionals. By integrating a trusted assessment backed by the British Council’s 90 years of global expertise in English language education, ICE continues to enhance academic quality and prepare learners to compete in an increasingly interconnected world.

As part of the collaboration ceremony, International College of Excellence presented souvenirs to the esteemed British Council team as a gesture of appreciation and mutual respect. This small token symbolized the value ICE places on meaningful partnerships, shared goals, and long-term collaboration in education.

ICE extends sincere thanks to the British Council team for their continued support and trust. We look forward to building impactful initiatives together that promote English language excellence, broaden global opportunities, and empower our students and faculty to achieve their full potential.
