On September 21, 2023, our educational institution had the privilege of hosting a Teachers’ Training Session that was nothing short of inspiring. The event, led by two distinguished trainers, Dr. Graham Spickett-Jones and Ms. Sumbal Manzoor, aimed to empower our educators and elevate the quality of teaching in our institution.

Dr. Graham Spickett-Jones: An accomplished academic with expertise in marketing and management, Dr. Spickett-Jones brought a wealth of knowledge to the session. His impressive credentials include a Ph.D. and extensive experience across renowned universities in both the UK and the US. With his guidance, our teachers were poised to gain valuable insights into effective teaching strategies.

Ms. Manzoor, a versatile professional, leads in academia and possesses a strong background in Business Administration and Strategic Management. Her expertise made her a valuable asset to our training session. Her practical insights promised to help our educators improve their teaching skills significantly.

The central theme of this enlightening training session was “Enhancing Educational Excellence: Strategies for Improving the Quality of Marking and Student Feedback.” The topic resonated deeply with our educators, as they recognized the critical role feedback plays in a student’s learning journey.
