International Centre of Excellence (ICE) Wins Prestigious GDIEB Award for Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 2023
The International Centre of Excellence (ICE) proudly announces its recent accolade as the recipient of the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Business (GDIEB) Award for 2023. The GDIEB Awards serve as a beacon of recognition for organizations committed to fostering inclusive environments and leveraging DEI principles to drive sustainable financial and social performance on a global scale.
The GDIEB Awards, administered annually by HR Metrics, provide a platform for organizations across Pakistan to showcase their achievements in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a focus on social and economic impact, the awards program evaluates submissions based on 15 categories, 275 benchmarks, and five levels of maturity aligned with GDIEB standards. Participating organizations undergo a rigorous merit-based assessment process, wherein they disclose their DEI practices and provide evidence of their impact through various mediums, including references, videos, photographs, case studies, and policy extracts.
