The course objective is:
This course explain about blockchain and cryptocurrency revolutionary technology that lets people transfer digital assets directly to each other without the need for a middleman. It is expected to have as big of an effect as the Internet. More specifically, it gets students ready to write code for the Ethereum system. The  course give students:
(i) An understanding and working knowledge of basic blockchain concepts
(ii) AÂ set of skills for designing and implementing smart contracts
(iii) Information about the ongoing specific industry-wide blockchain frameworks
(iv) Ways to build decentralised applications on the blockchain
