The 167th Meeting of the Equivalence Committee of the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) was held on 30th August, 2021 in Karachi.

During the meeting, it was accepted that the level 3 Diploma in Pre U Foundation offered by the Learning Resource Network in Pakistan, or anywhere globally, would be treated as equivalent to the Higher Secondary School Certification (Humanities Group).

This Level 3 Diploma called the “International Foundation Year” at The International Centre of Excellence, Islamabad is geared towards preparing you for admission to your desired university in the UK or anywhere abroad. This programme is recognised by UCAS and helps you get those points for your Undergraduate admission . Enrolment is open for the Academic session 2022 at ICE Pakistan.

Due to recognition of the qualification by the IBCC, the potential candidates who have obtained the SSC or equivalent qualification shall henceforth be eligible for admission in Level 3 diploma in Pre U Foundation offered by the Learning Resource Network (LRN).
