iQualify UK collaborates with the Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) for training programmes

  • An MOU was signed between KSBL and iQualify UK – ICE Pakistan to deliver training programmes.
  • The first session will be in December and will be delivered by the Academic Dean iQualify UK, Dr Paul Dudley.

Karachi, Pakistan – iQualify UK through the International Centre of Excellence (ICE) Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) – Executive Education Division to deliver training programmes to enhance the professional skills of managers from different sectors in the country.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday, 17 November 2021. The meeting took place in Karachi and was attended by KSBL representatives and the iQualify UK – ICE Pakistan representatives. Amongst the KSBL representatives, there were Zubina Sadick (Head of Executive Education), Nadeem Maqbool (CFO), Rehan Siddiqui (GM Executive Education Services) and Hafsa Abbasy (Head of Engro Leadership Academy). The iQualify UK – ICE Pakistan representatives included Sumbal Manzoor (Head of Studies iQualify UK – ICE) and Zunaira Riaz (Head of Corporate and Outreach Strategy).

“We at ICE Pakistan feel strongly about establishing inter-institutional relationships that foster environments where sharing of knowledge about management sciences and leadership are equally valued,” said Sumbal Manzoor, Head of Centre – ICE Pakistan. “This is why I am hopeful that this MoU with KSBL sets the pathway for more avenues of academic cooperation between both institutions”

The training will be delivered in person at KSBL, with the first session will be delivered in the month of December on ‘Performance Coaching’. It will be delivered to the participants by the Academic Dean iQualify UK, Dr Paul Dudley. It will aim to empower managers with coaching and mentoring skills which they will be able to apply to improve individual and team performance
