As part of the annual Sports Gala, the International College of Excellence (ICE) organised the much-awaited Futsal Tournament 2025. It turned out to be one of the most thrilling events of the gala, filled with fast-paced matches, determined performances and moments that will be remembered for a long time.
This year, twelve teams competed for the title: Stunners, Model Town, Elite FC, Volta FC, Walee, Khatam FC, EXC United, Notorious, Rodoxx, Bahria, ICE Wild FC, and ICE Mavericks. Each team entered the tournament prepared with their own strengths, styles and strategies, which made every game competitive and exciting.
From the first match to the last, the standard of play was impressive. Players showed strong teamwork, clever passing, sharp defending and powerful finishing. The intensity never dropped, with each team giving their best to secure a place in the later stages of the tournament. Every match had its share of close moments and surprising turnarounds, which made the competition even more engaging.
After a series of challenging fixtures, it was Model Town who rose to the top and claimed the title of ICE Futsal Tournament 2025 Champions. Their balance of solid defence and quick attacking play gave them the edge over their opponents. The team’s commitment and discipline on the court were clear to see, and their victory was a well-deserved achievement.
While Model Town took home the trophy, the tournament was not just about winning. It gave all participants the chance to test their abilities, learn valuable lessons, and enjoy playing the sport they love. Futsal, with its quick pace, encourages players to make fast decisions, work closely with teammates and stay calm under pressure, skills that are useful far beyond sport.
